Charter Realty Partners is a Coral Gables, Florida based real estate consultant, investment and brokerage company representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants with residential and commercial real estate transactions. CRP’s principals have over forty years combined experience in the South Florida real estate market with particular expertise in ground-up development multi-family and mixed use products.
During the Great Recession, the principals, through their prior affiliated entity, The Solution Group, created a Distressed Assets Practice wherein more than 4,000 middle class residential properties were acquired in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. These assets were rehabbed, rented and then sold as alternative investment vehicles, primarily to foreign capital sources. In addition over 400 SFRs were acquired and flipped throughout the State of Florida with singular focus in SouthWest Florida.
Prior to the Great Recession, the principals were affiliated with Fortune International Development, developers of, among others, Jade Residences at Brickell Bay and Le Meridien. Since the Great Recession, the company’s principals developed Cassa at Georgetown, delivered between 2015 and early 2016, a 118 unit townhouse community in Lauderhill, Florida; Cassa Brickell, an 80 unit luxury condominium project in the Brickell area of Miami delivered in the fall of 2016; Ofizzina, a 97,000 sf Class A commercial condominium in Coral Gables, delivered in 2018; and Zoi House Grove, a 130 unit Class A multi-family residential project in Coconut Grove, Florida delivered Fall 2020.
Within the commercial arena, Charter has unique experience and expertise in offering for sale off-market office, flex and industrial properties. With proven and tangible success Charter assists commercial investors in confidentially presenting their portfolios for acquisition. Charter partners with ownership groups to obtain the best price for their assets and is an active participant in all transactions ensuring a successful closing.
